Eric Roberson

GRAMMY Award Nominee, Singer, Songwriter, and Producer Eric Roberson, continues to break boundaries as an independent artist in an industry dominated by major labels, manufactured sounds and mainstream radio. Described as the original pioneer of the independent movement in R&B/soul music, Eric has achieved major milestones in his career, from being a successful songwriter and producer for notable artists like Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild, Dwele, Vivian Green and countless others, to releasing nine albums under his Blue Erro Soul imprint. This Rahway, NJ native and Howard University alum became the first independent artist to be nominated for a BET Award in 2007 and was the recipient of the “Underground Artist of the Year” BETJ Virtual Award with Rahsaan Patterson in 2008. In addition, Eric was nominated in both 2010 and 2011 for a GRAMMY Award in the “Best Urban/Alternative Performance” category and continues to blaze trails unheard of from an independent artist. In 2011, his studio album, Mister Nice Guy, debuted in the top 5 on the iTunes R&B/Soul Charts.
Eric’s 10th album, The Box, was released on August 12, 2014 and the inspiration for this album was his determination to embrace growth, while at the same time not forgetting the person he is.

Bilal

GRAMMY Award Nominee Bilal Oliver was born in Philadelphia and is a classically trained vocal veteran. Bilal is a schooled musician and dynamic live performer whose artistry draws from jazz, soul, and hip-hop. Bilal released his debut album 1st Born Second in 2001, which boasted the popular single “Soul Sista.” Bilal has collaborated and performed with some of the industry’s most prominent artists including, Beyoncé, Common, Jay-Z, Erykah Badu and Robert Glasper. Bilal released his latest album “A Love Surreal in February 26th, 2013. With the release of A Love Surreal, Bilal immediately achieved commercial success, debuting at No. 1 on iTunes’ R&B Chart. On Billboard, the album debuted at No. 17 on the Independent Albums Chart, No. 19 on the R&B Albums Chart, and No. 103 on the Billboard 200, ranking higher than its predecessor, Airtight Revenge.
